CBRE Group has appointed Tony Biddle as Practice Leader of Hotels for the Greater Pennsylvania Region, which includes Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware. In July, 2014, CBRE Group acquired PKF Consulting USA and PKF Hospitality Research and the group began operating as CBRE Hotels in February, 2016. Biddle joined PKF Consulting directly after college in 2007 and has remained through its acquisition by CBRE. In addition to his private sector work, Biddle has traveled throughout the U.S. and abroad to Germany, England, Spain, Japan and Guam on consulting assignments for the U.S. Army, Navy and Air Force. Biddle is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, and has served on the Philadelphia Board of Directors of the Cornell Hotel Society of Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. Biddle is replacing Peter Tyson, who is retiring after more than 45 years in the hospitality consulting industry.
“In his 10 years of his consulting for the hospitality industry, Tony has displayed an uncommon knack in analyzing client situations, arriving at well-thought-out solutions and communicating his conclusions to the client’s satisfaction in a myriad of locales, both domestic and foreign,” said Tyson.
