Jens Böhnlein was appointed head of CA Immo’s newly created office solutions and design department. Böhnlein will lead a team that will analyze the technological and structural market requirements of office buildings and adapt the company’s international office supply accordingly. The goal is to strengthen tenant services in respect to need-oriented interior design concepts, mainly within the context of project developments. Böhnlein previously chaired project management and consultancy for Northern Europe at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was responsible for all operational and strategic processes of the department. Before joining, C&W he held several positions at JLL, DTZ and E&Y.
