Energa Group has extended its 14,800 sqm office lease at the mixed-use Olivia Business Centre in Gdańsk. C&W represented Energa during the transaction process. The complex currently has more than 110 tenants, including Amazon, Bayer, PwC, Fujifilm, Nordea and ThyssenKrupp. “I’m pleased that such a renowned corporation had decided to continue in Olivia. This is a confirmation of not only the high quality of our buildings and our occupier services, but also our correct strategy of providing day-to-day business support by attracting services, institutions and companies providing support in business development from IT, financial or HR sectors to the Olivia complex,” said Maciej Kotarski, leasing director at Olivia Business Centre.
