Construction of the Unirii View office project, being developed by Belgian investor Yves Weerts in downtown Bucharest, is advancing. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2018. Going up on Corneliu Coposu boulevard, near Unirii Square, the building will offer approximately 18,000 sqm of leasable space on 19 floors. There will also be three underground parking levels. Investment costs are estimated at €33m.
