EY GDS Poland signed a lease on 10,500 sqm at Sagittarius Business House, currently under development in Wrocław. The office building is going up at the corner of Borowska and Sucha streets and will offer 24,000 sqm of leasable space. Completion is set for the end of 2017. The project’s developer is Echo Investment.
