Universal-Investment has acquired a retail portfolio with approximately 90 properties worth €687m. The portfolio, compiled by Corestate Capital, was sold to a fund launched by Universal-Investment for Bayerische Versorgungskammer under a share deal through German and Luxembourg companies. The transaction must be approved by the Federal Cartel Office. As part of deal, Corestate will be the portfolio’s asset manager.
