Patrick Murphy has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s New York City brokerage group as an Executive Vice Chairman. Murphy has 36 years of experience representing clients in the New York Tri-State region. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Murphy spent 15 years with CBRE, including 10 years as Executive Managing Director of the New York Tri-State Suburban Markets overseeing where he oversaw six of CBRE’s suburban offices. Murphy is a graduate of Hamilton College in Clinton, New York and is a member of REBNY and Corenet Global.
