Robyg has acquired two adjacent plots in Warsaw’s Włochy district where it plans to develop around 600 apartments on 32,000 sqm. The cost of the bigger land parcel was PLN 31.5m, while the second plot cost an estimated PLN 11.2m. The land sales have not been finalized yet. Robyg hopes to complete the project in the fourth quarter of 2018.
