NEPI has leased 70 percent of the Aviatorilor 8 office project it is developing on the former Oromolu villa site in Bucharest. The tenant mix includes Generic Electric and MET Group. The scheme is located near Victoria Palace and is set for completion at the beginning of May. NEPI said it is planning to sign leases on the remaining space in the building next month. Project costs are estimated at €37m.
