Skanska sells Maraton office building in Poznań

Skanska sold the Maraton office building in Poznan to a real estate fund managed by Union Investment. The cost of the deal is €62m. Maraton offers 26,000 sqm and is 70 percent leased. Tenants include Rockwool, Sii, APS, Bridgestone, Century Link, Naspers through OLX Group, Duni European Finance Function and REHAU Business Services. The building was completed in December and is LEED Gold pre-certified. During the purchase transaction, Union Investment Real Estate GmbH was supported by Colliers International, while Skanska Property Poland was represented by Knight Frank. The buyer was advised by Hogan Lovells, while the seller was represented by Dentons.
