Echo Investment is poised to sell its Wrocław office building West Link to Griffin Premium RE, a new platform created by Griffin Real Estate. Under the preliminary agreement, Griffin Premium RE will control and ultimately purchase the property. Griffin will also invest into Echo’s Beethovena and Browary Warszawskie commercial projects in Warsaw. The agreement is conditional and is set to be finalized no later than on Dec. 31, 2018. The price of the deal was not disclosed.
