Passerinvest Group has already invested CZK 15bn into BB Centrum in Prague 4, but its head, Radim Passer, says he still plans to pour an additional CZK 13bn into the administrative complex. The group bought back Building D from SachsenFonds Holding Tschechien Sechs in March. With the Alpha and Beta buildings as well as Buildings A and B already back under his control, Passer says there are still four premises remaining for acquisition in BB Centrum. The company is currently preparing to revitalize Buildings A, B and D. It is also planning to break ground on a new building, a hotel with apartments for lease and retail premises in the eastern part of the complex.
