Ocado Technology, an international company that provides advanced IT services, has signed a lease on 2,400 sqm of space at the High5ive office complex, currently under development by Skanska in Kraków. Colliers International advised the company on the lease transaction. Ocado Technology will move into its new space in March 2018. High5ive will feature five buildings. The scheme is Skanska’s third office investment in Kraków, following Kapelanka 42 and Axis. The first phase of the office park is scheduled for completion in Q4 2017.
