Autodistribution Polska, a leading distributor of automotive parts, consumable materials and repair equipment, has extended its lease on more than 6,000 sqm of warehouse space at WLC Bielany Wrocławskie. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction. The distribution center includes two buildings totaling 90,000 sqm. The owner of the property is CBRE GI. “The renegotiation of the lease in WLC Bielany Wrocławskie by AD Polska is a classic win-win situation. Being pleased with its previous cooperation, the tenant has chosen to remain in a convenient location, while the landlord has secured a lease for part of its warehouse park,” said Wojciech Dachniewski, senior negotiator for the industrial and logistics agency at Cushman & Wakefield.
