The second office building at West Station II in Warsaw has topped out. Completion is scheduled for September. Located next to the Warszawa Zachodnia railway station on Aleje Jerozolimskie, the U-shaped building will offer 38,000 sqm of leasable office area with a capacity of 4,000 employees. West Station is a joint project between HB Reavis, PKP S.A. and Xcity Investment. It features two class A buildings (the first one opened last fall) offering a total of 68,000 sqm of leasable space. West Station received a BREEAM Excellent certificate.
