S Immo AG will finish the first phase of the Sun Plaza remodel at the end of this week. The first phase covers 7,800 sqm on three levels of the Bucharest shopping center. Four new tenants (Altex, Terranova, O Bag and Autograf) will take 2,000 sqm of the remodeled retail space, while H&M, C&A and Bebetei will relocated their stores the the area. The access roads to the center’s underground parking and the underpass that connects Sun Plaza with the Piata Sudului subway station were also upgraded. Renovation work on the rest of the center should be completed by early 2018.
