M7 signs 22,500 sqm of leases for Vector Parks

M7 signed four leases totaling 22,500 sqm on behalf of Vector Parks, which acquired a CEE portfolio in June 2016. Heineken International signed a 6,350 sqm, five-year lease at its Raca asset in Bratislava. Vector Parks is an investment vehicle advised and managed by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) for which M7 acts as asset manager.

DHL signed a three-year renewal on 3,671 sqm of warehouse and expanded its space at the Raca property by 912 sqm. Swiss logistics company Panalpina also signed on to 1,500 sqm in a five-year lease at Raca. In Presov, a city in eastern Slovakia, CS Cargo signed a three-year renewal on 5,040 sqm of space at Maly Saris, a logistics facility. M7 has also pre-agreed to an additional 6,340 sqm of leases in Bratislava and the Czech Republic. In Svätý Jur, near Bratislava, M7 has agreed to expand an existing tenant’s space by 1,063 sqm on a long-term lease and also agreed to renew another tenant at the asset by around 5,000 sqm. At Vector Parks Ostrava in the Czech Republic, a new five-year lease on 310 sqm has been signed. MIRA and M7 are also looking at options to expand the portfolio. Plans include a 12,960 sqm expansion in Ostrava and 5,800 sqm of new space in Prešov.
