The Lithuanian real estate developer Hanner Holding is planning a mixed-use project on land that used to house the former Grivita beer factory in Chitila, near Bucharest The scheme will include luxury houses and offices with commercial units on the ground floor. Construction is expected to start as soon as the company secures all the necessary permits.
