Gieag Immobilien has launched flats sales for its new residential project in Geretsried, near Munich. The scheme, meinstein-Zuhause in Geretsried, will offer 98 flats in four buildings on a 8,400 sqm plot. There will also be underground parking. Gieag Immobilien is selling 68 of the total number of flats, designed by Kottermair Rebholz Architekten. Schneider & Prell will oversee the sales.
