RLI has acquired three logistics projects for approximately €70m for its RLI Logistics Fund-Germany. One property, located in Lehrte, was acquired from Bauwo for €25m. Its first tenant is Wellpack. A logistics property in Sulzemoos close to Munich was acquired for €30m from Intaurus. Its tenant is Metro. Located in Breuna close to Kassel, the third property was acquired from Hellmann Invest for €15m. It is leased to VW.
