The Richman Group of Florida has paid $6.3 million for a 2.94 acre land portfolio in Tampa. The assemblage is part of a seven-property grouping that includes parcels bounded by North Howard Avenue, West State Street, North Armenia Avenue and West Lemon Street. The site is two blocks south of Interstate 275 and halfway between the Westshore Business District and downtown Tampa. The Tampa office of Marcus & Millichap handled the sale on behalf of the seller. “This will be an important addition to the new gateway into South Tampa,” said Paul Bouldin, Marcus & Millichap. “We were very pleased to have played a part in bringing it together.”
