Immofinanz has introduced its international office concept myhive to the Hungarian market. Greenpoint 7 and Haller Gardens have already become myhive Greenpoint 7 and myhive Haller Gardens. The properties’ common areas now offer an extended service range and improved infrastructure to encourage socialization. The myhive concept will also be rolled out at Átrium Park, Globe 13 and Xenter 13. Immofinanz’s Hungarian office portfolio includes 11 standing properties, offering more than 163,000 sqm of space.
