Kion Group is planning to double its industrial and manufacturing space at Panattoni Park Stříbro. The developer is building a new facility where Kion intends to produce automated Dematic conveyor systems. The 23,000 sqm plant will employ a staff of 200. Since the beginning of 2016 the company has produced forklifts at a similar-sized facility. The new facility, located in Stříbro near Pilsen, will cost Kion €7m. Operations are scheduled to start in mid-2018.
