Onboard Media has signed a new 12,000 sqf lease at Doral Concourse with the building owner, DRA Advisors. The Class A office building on Doral Boulevard will serve as the company new headquarters. Doral Concourse is a six story, 240,950 square foot office building housing tenants such as Humana, Marriott, General Mills, Wells Fargo and Infinity Insurance. Founded in 1989, Onboard Media specializes in cruise ship retail promotion for lines such as Carnival and Royal Caribbean. The firm relocated its corporate headquarters to Doral Concourse after more than 20 years on Miami Beach. Cushman & Wakefield’s Managing Director Gordon Messinger, representing building owner during the negotiations while Matthew Cheezem, John Marshall and Edward Quinon of JLL represented Onboard Media.
