Two new leases on more than 500 sqm of office space were signed in the Be Free building at Wilanów Office Park in Warsaw. CSL Behring, a pharmaceutical company, extend its lease and expand its space in the building to 400 sqm, while Bema Meble, a Polish company active in the office furniture industry, will occupy 123 sqm. The owner of the complex is Polnord SA. The project offers 140,000 sqm of leasable space. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland is the exclusive leasing agent.
