Zeitgeist buys Prague resi asset for Institutional Investment Partners

Zeitgeist Asset Management acquired an apartment building in Prague’s historic center for a German pension fund managed by Institutional Investment Partners. The fully leased property, located on Mlynářská street next to the 12th-century St. Peter’s church, includes 12 apartments on six floors and four commercial units, one of which houses an immunology center. No other details about the deal were disclosed. Peter Noack, co-owner of Zeitgeist Asset Management, says that this is the company’s second Prague acquisition in the past six months. The first acquisition involved six residential properties in the historic center. Zeitgeist will soon announce acquisitions in Warsaw and Budapest.
