CA Immo has received a construction permit from the City of Munich for its NEO office, hotel and residential complex. Located in the city’s Baumkirchen Mitte quarter, the scheme, designed by UNStudio, consists of a base building with 55 flats and a 60 meter hotel and office tower. CA Immo acquired the 50-percent stake in the development previously held by Patrizia and is now the sole owner. CA Immo’s total investment in the complex is €86m. The company tristar Hotelgruppe signed a long-term lease on the hotel space. Completion is expected in the summer of 2019.
