Strabag is looking to offload the JW Marriott hotel in Bucharest. The Austrian group became the property’s sole shareholder in 2014. Several foreign investors are reportedly interested in purchasing the hotel, including the owners of Dedeman. Strabag is hoping to get €100m from the sale, according to zf. Marriott is one of the biggest hotels in Bucharest, with 402 rooms, 12 conference rooms and six restaurant. It was built in 1996.
