Mohammad Murad, who owns several hotels on the Romanian coast as well as Bucharest, wants to develop an agrotourism complex with 1,000 seats in Valea Prahovei. The investment is estimated at €5m. Murad is also planning to complete another two seaside hotels: Boutique Phoenicia and Phoenicia Luxury in an investment totaling between €7-8m.
