The mixed-use Platinia scheme, which offers commercial and residential space as well as a hotel, is set to open this spring in Cluj Napoca, western Romania. The project, representing an investment of €25m, features 187 two- and three-room luxury apartments in two six-level buildings. The hotel will include 120 luxury apartments on 11 levels. A commercial gallery will be located on the ground and mezzanine floors, offering 11,000 sqm of leasable space. The project will also include underground parking with 535 parking spots. This is the third project in Cluj Napoca under the Platinia brand after Platinia Lounge Residence and Platinia Elite Residence.
