The third building in Skanska’s Green Court project in Bucharest is currently 70 percent leased, and Globalworth has reportedly expressed an interest in buying it. The real estate investment fund, owned by Ioannis Papalekas, bought the first two buildings in the complex. Building C was completed last year.
Skanska is set to break ground on two new office building in Bucharest this year. Equilibrium will break ground near Fabrica de Glucoza in the north of Bucharest, while the other project will be built on the former Pumac factory site, which Skanska bought last year.
