Colliers International was appointed exclusive leasing agent of Dworcowa 25, the modern mixed-use building going up in central Gliwice. The property will offer 6,199 sqm of leasable space and more than 130 parking spots in a multi-story garage. The investment is divided into two stages. The second stage will include a building offering 3,000 sqm on Dolnych Wałów street and an additional 40 parking spaces. Completion is set for Q1 2018. The main investor of the project is Global City Holdings, while Takana is the main contractor.
