Echo investment is working on the second phase of Browary Warszawskie in Warsaw’s financial district. A total of 181 apartments, ranging from 28 to 111 sqm, will be added to the scheme on Grzybowska street. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of this year. The first stage of the project, which includes residential and office components, was marketed in November 2016.
