Immofinanz leased 80,000 sqm in its Bucharest office portfolio between May and December 2016, or about 10,000 sqm per month. This accounts more than 40 percent of space in its office portfolio. Approximately 60 percent of the leases were new tenants, extensions or renewals. One of the most significant deals was Harman’s decision to lease 7,700 sqm at Metroffice for more than 10 years.
