Arvato Polska has leased 1,000 sqm of office space at the Altus building in Katowice. The tenant was represented by Colliers International. Altus is one of the largest office-retail buildings in Poland, offering 69,000 sqm. The building houses a four-star hotel, a conference center and nearly 600 parking spots. There is also a car wash.
“More and more global companies show their interest in Katowice. Silesian Agglomeration attracts foreign business with the potential of the labour market and the rapidly growing office sector which both create favorable conditions for further development,” said Barbara Pryszcz, Katowice regional director at Colliers International.
