Aupark Tower in Bratislava was awarded a BREEAM In-Use Excellent certificate a year after it secured a BREEAM Very Good rating. The office building, owned by the property investment fund Heitman, achieved the Excellent rating for the building’s technical condition and management. Heitman’s three office buildings in Bratislava — Aupark Tower, BBC5 and CEOP — are fully occupied. The Slovak Green Building Council reports that there are 20 office projects with BREEAM or LEED ratings in Bratislava, including BBC5 and Aupark Tower.
