Skanska Property plans to sell Five, its office project in Prague 5 – Smíchov before the end of the year. The developer’s manager Alexandra Tomášková announced the goal, adding that half of the building has already been leased to the pharmaceutical company MSD, which has its IT center in another Prague 5 Skanska, Riverview. The sale of Five, which will soon be completed, is in line with Skanska Property’s strategy of selling off its buildings once they are built and leased. It sold Riverview to Invesco immediately upon its completion in 2014, and the same investor acquired also Corso Court, an office complex in Prague 8 that Skanska Property completed in 2015. The developer is currently building Visionary, another office scheme in Prague 7 – Holešovice.
