KPMG Restructuring was named the administrator of Transenergo COM. The company, one of the biggest electricity companies in Romania, filed for insolvency at the beginning of this month. After the company’s situation was analyzed, Transenergo COM agreed to enter a period of observation, according to the Bulletin of Insolvency. The company’s debts amount to RON 110.4m, 91 percent of which are owed to customers.
