The multinational business services firm, TMF Poland has expanded its space at the Metropolitan office building in Warsaw. The tenant, represented during negotiations by Cushman & Wakefield, now leases more than 1,900 sqm in the building. “Following its successful business operations, TMF expanded its Warsaw office by taking up another 410 sqm,” said Piotr Capiga, negotiator of the office agency at C&W. Metropolitan is located on Piłsudskiego Square, near Saski Park, and offers 38,000 sqm of leasable area. The property, designed by Norman Foster, was developed in 2003.
