TriGranit is poised to start work on Millennium Gardens, which will add 37,000 sqm to the Budapest office market. As part of the Millennium City Centre, the project will go up next to the National Theater (MÜPA) on the banks of the Danube River. The scheme will include more than 600 parking spots, e-car chargers and bicycle storage, as well as lots of green areas and restaurants. TriGranit also plans to start developing Building H, the eighth building at its Bonarka for Business (B4B) office complex in Krakow this year. Building H will feature 10,000 sqm of space. The developer also intends to break ground on the second phase of Lakeside Park in Slovakia, adding 13,000 sqm to the project.
