Saski Point is located in the city’s Central Business District, next to two metro stations. The building was opened in 1999 and offers more than 8,000 sqm of leasable space. The property’s common areas, including the main reception, were recently modernized. The project was rated Very Good in the asset performance and building management categories. Wspólna 47/49 is a seven-story office building with a total office area of 7,600 sqm. It was awarded Excellent in the asset performance category and Very Good for building management.
