Plans to build a metro line D station in Prague 4-Krč near the Thomayer hospital have attracted a number of developers with plans to build flats, offices, shops and hotels in the area. The largest landowner in the Krč district, the Vojta family, is cooperating with Reflecta Development on the preparation of a project that will add 20,000 sqm of retail directly on top of the Krč metro station and 30,000 sqm of office along the busy Vídeňská street. The office space will offer noise protection to 700 flats that Reflecta plans to build behind them. The Vojta family plans to invest CZK 3.5bn into the development based on a deal with the city that was approved in February. Central Group has recently entered the game having acquired a site last week, where it plans to build a hotel and rental apartments.
