Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed property manager for Grójecka Offices, underway in Warsaw’s Ochota district. Located on Grójecka street, the project will feature 7,400 sqm of class A office space and is set for completion this spring. It is currently 50 percent leased. Tenants include Panek S.A., Karmar S.A., Zdrofit and Nowakowski Gorąco Polecam. Advanced discussions with more tenants are underway.
