Weil represented MOL in its acquisition of a majority stake in OT Industries Group. Weil describes OT Industries as “a key market participant of the Central and Eastern European oil and gas industry with its main profile in engineering, procurement and construction project implementation.” The transaction, which also involved a joint venture arrangement between MOL and the minority shareholder closed on Jan. 31. The price of the deal was not disclosed.
