Cambridge Harbor Office makes new investment in historic Jacksonville property

16 February 2017

New York based Cambridge Harbor Office has picked up a downtown Jacksonville historic mixed-use building in a $3.6 million deal. Located at 136 E. Bay St., the corner of the property will face the Cowford Chophouse. Designed by architect J.H.W. Hawkins, the structure was built in 1902 as part of Jacksonville’s rebound from the Great Fire of 1901. Seaman Realty and Management Company brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller, CCMS Associates. The sale was completed with a $2.7 million loan provided by TD Bank.
