Immofinanz secured new leases on approximately 7,500 sqm of office space at its Brno Business Park. This amounts to more than 20 percent of the total 35,000 sqm of leasable space in the project’s four office buildings. New leases were signed with Notino (4,000 sqm), Digi Czech Republic (1,225 sqm), Novanta (620 sqm) and the operator of the restaurant Jedna báseň (640 sqm).
“Our goal is to constantly optimize and extend the scope of services in our office buildings. We plan to invest in Q1 2017 into the refurbishment of the ground-floor lobby in Building A, where apart from a new interior design, a new cafe and relaxing and meeting zones shall also open,” says Jan Jungwirth, country manager for finance and support at Immofinanz Czech Republic. He adds that the improvements have already resulted in new leases as well as extensions with tenants like Siemens Convergence Creators and Hartmann Rico.
