IT Services Hungary will relocated to Skanska’s Mill Park in Budapest in the second quarter of 2018. The company will occupy 17,300 sqm in the second phase of the office complex. Colliers International advised the tenant during lease negotiations. Mill Park will offer 36,000 sqm in two buildings. The investment is already more than 70 percent leased.
