Polish logistics operator TAS Logistyka has expanded its presence at CTPark Warsaw South by leasing an additional 10,000 square meters of warehouse space. This expansion brings the company’s total occupancy in the logistics park to 25,000 sqm, a 67% increase from its initial lease.
CTP facilitated this expansion, underscoring the rapid growth of TAS Logistyka. The logistics operator initially leased 15,000 sqm at CTPark Warsaw South last year, launching its fifth warehouse in the region. The company has since focused on logistics for the electronics and white goods sectors, offering in-house logistics, co-packing, and storage services.
“The growing demand from our existing customers has driven the need for more storage space,” said Tomasz Frączkiewicz, President of TAS Logistyka. “Expanding our facilities allows us to meet this demand while attracting new clients who require larger and specialized storage conditions. This move will also enable us to streamline our warehouse processes, enhancing our operational efficiency and competitiveness.”
CTP’s expansion strategy is evident across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). In the first half of 2024 alone, CTP signed leases for 918,000 sqm, two-thirds of which were expansions from existing tenants. In Poland, companies like UFI Filters Poland and TitanX Engine Cooling have also expanded their facilities within CTParks.
“CTP’s business model emphasizes long-term partnerships, and we see this reflected in the Polish market, with many of our tenants choosing to expand within our parks,” said Patrycja Makowska, Business Developer at CTP Polska. “Our focus remains on providing a stable environment for growth, as 78% of our projects are expansions for existing customers.”
CTP currently operates 16 logistics and production complexes in Poland, with CTPark Warsaw South being a key development. The site, now 75% complete, recently added two new buildings certified under the BREEAM International New Construction V6 system at the ‘Excellent’ level.
