Moss & Associates has promoted Stephen Chang to the position of Vice President/Project Executive. Chang, who has more than 17 years of experience in the South Florida construction management industry, joined Moss in 2005 as assistant project manager. In his new role, Chang will oversee multi-million dollar projects from pre-construction through project completion, with a special emphasis on LEED projects. Chang received his Bachelor of Science in building construction from University of Florida and serves as the president of the United States Green Building Council South Florida Region.
