OLX, OTOMOTO and Otodom, the three biggest real estate classified platforms in Poland, will relocate to the Maraton office building in Poznań. The companies, all part of the Naspers group, leased nearly 5,000 sqm of office space in Skanska Property Poland’s newest office investment. OLX Group will relocate to Maraton in June 2017. The property is located in the center of Poznań in close proximity to four parks, the Dworzec Główny train station, the Old Market and Stary Browar. The building is equipped with green solutions, including a patio with a fountain as well as green terraces on its rooftop, which provide the opportunity to work outdoors. The tenant mix includes Rockwool GBSC, Sii, APS, Bridgestone EBS, CenturyLink, Duni European Finance Function and REHAU Business Services.
